Question ID: 233961
I am looking for a distributor of custom Bic Round Stic pens who is as
inexpensive as websitelabels.com. They do not charge a setup fee and
only 6.95 for shipping. I will sometimes order 500 pens, and sometimes
5000 or more. I can not order from them any more due to a disagreement
about a policy and the lady I talked to was not very nice anyway.

Dear Jsf,

What is your minimum price per-pen?
What is your minimum price per shipping? Where are you located?

UPDATE
I have ordered 1,000 pens from pensrus.com. But am still looking as I
will be ordering 20,000 pens soon.

I am located in Louisiana. No more than .26 / pen total price
(everything included) @ 500 pens. I would like it to go .20 / pen or
less for 5000. Here is the page for websitelabels
http://websitelabels.com/products/roundstic.html

I am not impressed with the specprom.com website.

It was about the artwork and a "due date". Lynne I think her name was,
insisted that she get it by a certain day, which due to some confusion
I could not do. Also nothing in the policy (at the time) said about
the art being due by a certain date. Then on top of that she wanted to
cancel my order and charge me $20. I did not want to cancel, she did,
so the $20 charge should not of applied. The whole thing made me very
upset. Also the next day after SHE canceled my order, the policy
changed on the website.

Yours just may be the best answer! I am dissapointed at the starting
price though. I also noticed they have an affiliate program, that is a
definate plus!

Many of the statements you have made are not correct. There are other
facts that I don't really care to go into. Your reply speaks volumes
about you and your company. This is not a forum to argue. I have
already let it go... why dont you do the same?

Between pensrus.com and Viking office supply, I think I have my answer
for now. Post an answer so I can proceed.

Thank you!

Exactly what policy of ours do you disagree with, and what was the
problem with the lady that you spoke to?

Our company offers some of the lowest prices on the Internet, and the
vast majority of our customers are extremely happy.

We have many repeat customers and receive very few complaints.

hi, i saw that the pens on websitelabels are $.25 each. here's a
place you can try, viking office products: www. vikingop.com though
their prices start a bit higher, then go down as you order more.

500 pens: $0.32 each; 1000 pens: $0.29 each; 1500 pens: $0.26 each;
2500 pens: $0.23 each; 5000 pens: $0.19 each.

just got their catalog today, & it says these are on sale; so don't
know how long these prices are good for, or if they're even really the
'regular' prices of the pens. it says: delivered free in 9 business
days; no screen charges; no art or logo setup charges; free shipping
(but only if order is $25 or more, tho!); satisfaction guaranteed.
also, their # is 1-800-421-1222. it also says: "call us! a PERSON
always answers, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week! no waiting, no holding,
no recording."

hope this helps!

Jared: You sent your artwork in the improper format, and our art
department managed to get your logo into the correct format at no
extra charge. We then had to redo your layout three times and you kept
changing your mind about how many colors you wanted to use. After we
revised your layout three times at your request and sent you notice to
approve the layout WE NEVER HEARD FROM YOU AGAIN. Your order was
automatically cancelled when you did not approve the layout. You were
never charged a cancellation fee, although our staff spent over an
hour on your order. YOU WERE WRONG to not approve your layout after
being sent 3 notices over the course of several days, and it is
improper of you to "trash" my company on this public forum. I would
appreciate it if you would retract any negative comments that you have
made regarding my company, and admit that you never contacted us again
after we posted your artwork three times.
