How to make an effective and persuasive petition(appeal)under section 520. 14 of the Rules of the Court of Appeals of the State of New York for: weiver of the strict compliance with Rule 520.6 and 520. 3 on the issue of a refusal by the board of the NY Board of Law Examiners to take the bar exam due to distance learning education, despite a letter from the University stating that the candidate atended classes. In this case the applicant is graduated on the UK with an LLB Honours degree of the quality and duration required by the NY Board of Law examiners but was made partly by distance learning in which the candidate frequented classes, revisions and seminars in respect to all subjects, however, the degree states distance learning. |
