How to make an effective and persuasive petition(appeal)under section
520. 14 of the Rules of the Court of Appeals of the State of New York
for:

 weiver of the strict compliance with Rule 520.6 and 520. 3 
on the issue of a refusal by the board of the NY Board of Law
Examiners to take the bar exam due to distance learning education,
despite a letter from the University stating that the candidate
atended classes.

In this case the applicant is graduated on the UK with an LLB Honours
degree of the quality and duration required by the NY Board of Law
examiners but was made partly by distance learning in which the
candidate frequented classes, revisions and seminars in respect to all
subjects, however,the degree states distance learning.
