Hi again,
I'd first just like to say that usually when someone's looking for a
"[soundproof] case" for a computer, that is implying the actual
computer case, be it for a 'tower' or any other kind of computer.
I've never heard of specific soundproof enclosures for PCs, and I've
looked around for more than 1/2 hour (and this is a $4 question, i
might add) trying to find some, to no avail. I can understand
why....lots of overheating, cabling, and access issues and things like
that...just very impractical. With that in mind, there are three
options:
1) Go with a silenced case from one of the sources above. This is
most definitely your best option. Has all the positives of an outer
case with none of the many technical difficulties.
2) Build your OWN silenced PC case. I found many sources for
soundproofing material specifically designed to fit in conventinoal
cases. Try:
QuietPC

or some other materials here:

]
3) Finally, if you really feel the need to make an outer case for your
existing case, construct one using some plywood and soundproofing
material. You will need to deal with making cabling holes and have
some type of exhaust system to deal with heat buildup, but that's why
I suggest going with the above options. You can buy soundproofing
materials from one of these suppliers:

Sorry about the previous misunderstanding; I hope these resources
help, and good luck with your project.
Sincerely,
