I am looking for some statistical information on the Circular A-76, 
issued by the Office of Management and Budget.

Out of all the A-76 public/private competitions that have taken place in the past, 
1. How many biddings have been submitted by the private sector? (Total count)
2. How many competitions were won by the private sector?  (Actual
count or percentage)
3. (not required, but for tip) Provide year-to-year trend of the above two
questions.
