I'm looking for sources and ideas to help people identify and deal
with emotions in conflictual situations with others. Any and all would
be helpful (if it's practical) theory, exercises, activities (fun or
insightful), video's, "how to's, lists, etc.

Would "anger management" or "conflict resolution" describe what you're looking for?

Is this for an adult population or for children?

Adult, business audience. Anger management is too extreme. This
program is to address any interaction people find difficult;
especially those that never get resolved. Feelings and emotions are at
the heart these kinds of conversations, yet we typically shy away or
try to pretend we don't have feelings. We want some activities or
exercises that people can experience to demonstrate a) that we have
feelings and if not accounted for they "leak" into the interaction,
and b) how to deal with your own and others feelings.
