a) Please provide a list of private, state and federal grants or other
funding sources which would support the creation of an exchange
program between universities (or other institutes of higher education)
and independent research companies.  Specifically, to encourage
collaboration between private or corporate entities and educators and
provide opportunities for research and growth within each program. 
Areas of interest could include Biotech, Genetics, Genomics, Marine
Biology, Agriculture, or Aquaculture.
