My office switched from Lotus Notes to Microsoft Exchange. We are
using the Outlook Web Access component. My question is: what steps do
I need to do to go about adding an icon to the OWA navbar (the one
labeled shortcuts) that, when clicked, sends the user to a specified
URL in a new browser window?
