What Greek philosopher said (this is a paraphrase) 'when you find
yourself up against a paradox,  you are close to truth" . . . ?  Can
you tell me the specific reference?

Are you certain this came from a Greek philosopher? It sounds to me
very much like something from Kierkegaard.

This idea came from years ago when I studied with the physicist Dr.
David Bohm.  I know that he referenced it to a Greek philosopher, not
Kierkegaard, although I agree it sounds like Kierkegaard.
