Use of 2 scotchmark(TM) cryogenic labeling materials before 1995. 
Materials are Scotchmark 7604FP or Scotchmark Y7878.  These materials
withstand cryogenic conditions (-80 to -196C) and are used to label
test tubes containing HIV and other biological samples.  Scotchmark is
a trademark of kimberly clark.  Likely places who store cryogenic
samples are the National Institutes of Health, the Center for Disease
Control, National Cancer Institute, etc.
