Is there a doctrine that stipulates that if certain things happen then
time moves backwards ? For example on a philosophical level if a
person commits a sin or is traumatised in certain way then his life is
"pulled" backwards i.e. begins at death and then progresses back to
infancy ?

Merlin was said to live backwards. Also, of course, the BBC sci-fi
character Dr. Who.
