Hello,
By the laws of Henderson, Nevada how can one person combine the rights
of a two lisences (in my case a talent agency lisence and a management
lisence) so that the person can use them both at the same time and
still be legal.

With the management lisence I want to:
I want to charge the customer a flat fee for putting them on my
website

With the agency lisence I want to:
Have the right to send them to work and take 10% of whatever they make
(While at the same time still charging them for being on my website.)
We want to confirm that an agency connot charge a flat fee not matter
what so we want to use the management lisence to charge them.

Can a person do all the things above with the two lisences and stay in
the laws.

Please check this information carefully because I don't want to be in
trouble by the law. Please tell me where I can find where it says that
I can do this so I can show it to Henderson, Nevada City Hall.

If I can't do this with these lisences is there any other way I can.

Have a great day and thank you for your time!
