I am considering entering into a business venture to resell
near-expiration prescription medications. I would like to know :
1. Are there regulations regarding the handling of near-expiration (2
years, 1 year, 6 months, ???) prescription medications ?
2. What regulations are in place with regards to expired medications ?
3. Who enforces these regulations ?
4. If possible, what companies are involved in the handling or resale
of near-expiration prescription medications ? |

Hello again. I believe I can answer your question. However, the
answers to questions #1 and #4 both appear to be "none" -- no
regulations regarding near-expiration drugs, and no companies that
make it publicly known that they specialize in handling
near-expiration drugs (I haven't confirmed these findings yet, but
that's certainly my preliminary impression).
Do you still want this question answered, even if the bulk of the
answer involves only items #2 and #3 of your four-part question?

If you feel confident through solid research that the answers to 1 and
4 are, in fact, None, then go ahead with the other 2. But, I must
say, my greatest need for the answer is to ensure the accuracy of 1
and 4.

the highest accuracy regarding #1 and #4. I'm going to give it some
thought, and if I can come up with something, I'll certainly post an
