Hi I'm doing research on "how the development of online banking or e-commerce system impacted the labor in the banking industry" I would like to specifically deal with issues as follw 1. Background information on how online banking or e-commerce system were developed. (You can refer to particular system developed by a major bank, preferablly Canadian banks. If there aren't too many information on Canadian banks then North America Major bank would be okay as well) 20% of entire content 2. The usage of online banking system's impact towards the job security of the bank tellers, bank managers. 2.1 How were the banks benefit from the usage of online banking? 2.2 In what way the job of the tellers and managers were at risks due to this technology improvement?(Were they force to acquire more skills in the technology areas, or they are simply being replace?) 50% of the entire content 3. Are there any solution or agreement reach between the (workers/union) and the banks to protect the benefit of the labor?
