In a previous question, I inquired about trusts/wills. Took Google's advice, went to county records and looked up the information. Is there a way to find if the current will on file with the county has been revised or if there was an earlier will filed? |

7-25-2003 You would have to ask at the county level if they keep a detailed record as to whether an earlier will would have been kept on file. Most likely, the answer would be no, since the newer will automatically voids the older will and there would be no reason for the older will to be kept and anyway wills are private documents that are kept by the owner.
