I would like to get a list of all secondhand trade
magazines/periodicals in Mexico. More importantly, I am looking for
buyers of secondhand goods, and to a lesser degree sellers of them. In
terms of finding buyers and sellers that list what they have or what
they want on the internet, I feel like I've covered the bases, however
if I could find additional resources through trade magazines then that
would help significantly. I will need all relevant contact
information. If you could give me websites and email addresses as well
that would be helpful. Many of these could be fee based subscriptions
as well as free local or national publications. Hopefully many of
these will have actual buyers and sellers of products.

Asking another hard question !!

The only printed media in Mexico that list second-hands goods to buy
or to sell are the classifieds supplement of the newspapers. But, by
this way, you will contact mainly individuals than companies.
To get a list of the Mexican Newspapers you must check:

There are links to all newspaper´s pages but there are almost (99%) in
SPANISH.

Don´t worry, I will guide you.
The keywords that you must find is "clasificados" or "anuncios" or
"ocasion" or "oportunidad" or "oportuno".
you need to find that words in the page´s menu.

At the bottom of the left menu you there is a link named "Clasificado
Nacional"

Here you will obtain a classified list of goods and services that
common people offer. But, unfortunely, people sell goods. It is very
difficult to find a buyer one.

Note that: not all the newspapers have classifieds. But it is easy to
buy a Mexican Newspaper in USA.
