I need to know where to find the following details for a specific gas
turbine ( from aero or marine plant preferably) plus info to do with
its thermodynamic cycles, temperature-entropy and temperature-pressure
diagrams.
In particular
1, Specific Fuel comsumption
2, Maximum cycle temperature 

any ideas where to find this sort of stuff,

This is not a "thorough" answer, so I won't post it as such. You could
try the various "Jane's" directories. You can usually find them in a
university library.
