Do you mean that they don't require any other admissions test? Or that
they don't ask if you can demonstrate English proficiency?  Or that
they don't ask for a transcript of your grades?  If you could be more
precise about the information you seek, we could provide you with a

THEY COULD ASK FOR MY GRADE TRANSCRIPT BUT NOT TOEFL COS ENGLISH
LANGUGE IS THE OFFICIAL LANGUAGE OF MY COUNTRY(NIGERIA)
