web design services and how are they pricing this offering?

I designed a website about section 508 of the rehab. act ammendments
for a job I used to have while at school.  There are two sites out
there that can help you out:

http://www.cast.org/bobby 
This site will scan your website for you, and tell you what, if
anything, is wrong with your website, and what will keep it from being
Section 508 compliant.

http://aprompt.snow.utoronto.ca/
I haven't really worked with this site too much, apparently its a
client of sorts that will scan your site for you.

I got all of this information from my own personal research, and the
