Dear msdvflorid,

"L/CLXXX" are, without any doubt, Roman numerals displaying the number
of that particular print and how many copies have been printed
alltogether. In this case, it's "50 of 153". Such a reference is
important since the lithograph loses a bit of quality with each print
that is made from it, and collectors value a print the higher, the
lower its number is.
But I have absolutely no idea what "LF" could mean. It might be
initials; is there anything connected with the print that has "LF" as
initials, maybe the artist or the printer?

Regards,
Scriptor
