average price (or price range) of various medical procedures and
drugs? (For example, the cost -- to an individual consumer -- of an
epidural cortisone shot.)

Yeah, I did leave that a bit open-ended, didn't I?

Anyway, I'm looking for info for the U.S. And I understand that
probably varies significantly too, but I'm willing to deal with that.
