I'm looking for NHL game photos to match the marks from the photos to
my Al Macinnis Calgary Flames Jersey. The jersey was issued in 81/82
and was probably worn on the road between 81-83.

Hi jwest-ga!
     A couple of quick questions...
One, Would pictures of MacInnis on trading cards wearing that Jersey
be ok?
And two, you ask for photos to match the "marks"... Were you meaning
you wanted pictures showing MacInnis wearing an identical Jersey
(coloring/design ect), or are you actually wanting to try and match up
imperfections such as stains, rips and tears ect?
Thanks!

I'm looking to match the imprefections (marks, holes, tears, etc.) on
the jersey that I have, to a photograph of Macinnis wearing the jersey
in a game (I'm not looking for just any photo of Macinnis in a red
Calgary jersey). It could be on a trading card, in a video or in a
photograph.

The most likely areas to match will probably be the black stick marks
visible on the front of the jersey.

Thanks for you help,

Jon

jwest-ga,
Thanks for your prompt reply! I have spent the last few hours going
through boxes of cards and old magazines, plus searching through
pictures online. No luck so far... Everything that I have found of him
wearing what appears to be the away jersey for 81/82, is too small and
to poor of quality to pinpoint any marks.
Searching for stickmarks on a red jersey is almost maddening! Still
have some searching to go though, so perhaps we'll strike gold?
Will let you know as soon as I find something identifiable!
Thanks!
