I'm trying to find square nuts (as in nuts and bolts). I have a star
knob, like product #862-221 here:
http://woodworker.com/cgi-bin/FULLPRES.exe?PARTNUM=862-214
I need nuts to screw onto the stud of this star knob. They must however,
be square and not hexagonal, like most nuts.
Thanks
Danny

Try your local ACE Hardware or True Value dealer. Talk with a manager
and they should know. Sometime I beleive they are called "stove"
bolts and nuts.

A Google search for "square nuts" gets about 2,180 results. You can
probably get a better answer if you specify what size you need
(thickness and threading as well as width), in what country you are
located, and whether you want to buy on-line or in person.
