I'm trying to find square nuts (as in nuts and bolts). I have a star knob, like product #862-221 here: http://woodworker.com/cgi-bin/FULLPRES.exe?PARTNUM=862-214 I need nuts to screw onto the stud of this star knob. They must however, be square and not hexagonal, like most nuts. Thanks Danny |

Try your local ACE Hardware or True Value dealer. Talk with a manager and they should know. Sometime I beleive they are called "stove" bolts and nuts. |

A Google search for "square nuts" gets about 2,180 results. You can probably get a better answer if you specify what size you need (thickness and threading as well as width), in what country you are located, and whether you want to buy on-line or in person. |
