Here's the issue:  There is a 5-year old child left unattended
repeatedly at "wave" pools -the large pools with artificial waves that
roll in.  I need research that describes the historical safety of such
pool, especially in terms of any previous drownings that happened at
such pools.

Hello again, Mr. Franklin, I hope you don't mind seeing me again in
another question. I assume you are more concerned with the mentions of
wave pool accidents, so I listed websites where these cases are
mentioned. It does seem apparent to me that most of the cases are
children who were have been left or allowed to stray by their
companion adults. I also added some articles on wave pool safety.
