What is the tradition way to serve chateaubriand? I understand there
is some drama in the presentation.

Hi Solvej,
Traditionally, Chateaubriand is served with béarnaise sauce and
Chateau potatoes, and there is some effort involved in its
preparation. The Cooking.com website explains at length how to prepare
and serve Chateaubriand, as well as which wine to choose for the
