Detail CVS instructions needed.

I am developing a website called ProjectXYZ along with 2 other
developers. ProjectXYZ is a website hosted by a win2k server in folder
c:\web\projx which is also the path for the ftp. There is also a
projx.com domain already configured to go to this folder.

I have three web developers: dick, jane, and harry. Each has a valid
NT account of a Win2k web server. On the win2k server, I installed CVS
with a repository root called ProjX. The services seem to be working
OK.

OK, how can my developers, who use Windows XP connect to the remote
repository? I can't seem to get the WinCVS to connect to the remote
repository. Please provide step by step instructions to connect using
WinCVS pertaining to the detail indicated above.
