Hi Researchers, I'm flying my sister out here in August from the UK and British Airways screwed up the reservation. They refuse to admit it was their error (I printed a confirmation page from their website; the tickets arrived with a different date on), and charged me a change fee to get the correct dates. I want to complain to the highest level of management at BA here in the US but not surprisingly, this information doesn't seem to be freely available on their website. I have spoken to an agent in Jacksonville, FL, and got the address of a supervisor in North York, Ontario, but I've no idea where the major offices are. I'd like to write to the supervisor and follow up with a letter to the top dog. I've found in the past that this approach is the only way around agents who 'stick to the script' at all costs. A really good answer would give me several contact names in high management, their addresses and if not e-mails addresses, some idea of what might be the formula for their e-mail addresses (first.last@ba.com?). |

You could write here: British Airways Customer Relations USA 75-20 Astoria Blvd. Jackson Heights, NY 11370 Fax number 347-418-4395 I believe Jackson Heights is BA's HQ in the US. The press office is there too (check the email address formula!): http://www.britishairways.com/regional/usa/press/contact.shtml No "high management" names, I'm afraid, but I hope this helps a little. Just to add to Leli-ga's comment, British Airways U.S. agent is Paul C. Jasinski, at the address she has provided you. This information was available in the BA filing information at the SEC, here: http://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/809023/000117494703000018/british_airways20-f.htm There's other interesting information there, including mention of alliances with American Airlines, among others. Good luck. |

Thanks so much for the research guys, that's definitely helpful. I'll pursue the refund through their customer service department, and hit high management when (not 'if'!) all else fails. |
