I have a small chocolate company. I would like to have a machine that can print images directly onto the chocolate by means of screening or laser printing. I want to know how this machine works and what it costs.I am not looking for images printed onto transfer sheets and then put on chocolate. I have seen chocolates in the market like this and want to manufacture them myself. A company called Chocolate Graphics will not give me info on how their machine works. | |

Actualy, chocolate is quite easy to silk screen, using standard screen printing equipment (manual or powered) Standard type screens are used and white chocolate mixed with coloring is the "ink" Gold leaf is also used sometimes for fancy effects |
