I am interested in the Conressional role in U.S. security policy
towards china. Specifically, I try to claify the security policy into
3 catogaries: strategically, structurally, and crisisly.  While my
observation is that the congressional influce decrease from structrual
level, strategical level and  crisis level. What I am concerning now
is the congress role in the US strategical perspective to china as a
threat. or the congress influence and "china threat". I am looking for
detailed material.
