Unable to update DMOZ listing, no editor in category.

Basically, I developed a new site like 2 years ago and have been
unable to update the dmoz listing because the editor left. Thus, DMOZ
has and old and inaccurate listing that appears to be impossible to
update.

I submitted and update request in the dmoz category since 2001 and
have had no update. Now the site is totally changed and I have this
horrible dmoz listing. I've submitted requests for updates every 6
months as recently as today. This seems to be a massive accuracy
loophole for the DMOZ directory.

Site URL: http://www.TheLotteryGuide.com

Games > Gambling > Lotteries > Directories

Old Description: A collection of links to lotteries, news, search
engines, jobs and references.

I need this changed ASAP! How can this be accomplished with no editor
in my categoy. Please do not suggest that I become and editor.
Preferablly I would like to move categories to:

Games > Gambling > Lotteries

NEW TITLE: The Lottery Guide - Lottery Results, Message Boards,
Strategy CD, Games, Contests, Lottery Books and Software.

NEW DESCRIPTION: Offers lottery results, lucky picks, reviews and
ratings of games and contests, lottery software, news and message
boards.

Thank you,

I can not offer you a 100% guarantee, but I can point you in the right
direction. The correct way to handle this situation is to contact a
higher level editor. Specifically one from this page :

arkoid, kctipton, poker, vbman
http://dmoz.org/Games/Gambling/

You can contact them by clicking on their names at the bottom of the
page listed above.

If you find this information is suitable, I can close the question.
The only reason I didn't answer was due to the fact that I (or anyone
for that matter), can give you a 100% guaranteed solution.

Hope it helps!

Hello again,

"The only reason I didn't answer was due to the fact that I (or anyone
for that matter), can give you a 100% guaranteed solution."

Should have stated :

"... can not give you a 100% guaranteed solution."

I have already tried asking a higher-level dmoz editor to update the
listing. I have requested this actually twice. I asked once
(yesterday) again in the directory that was specified.

I hope that the dmoz editor that I asked will be able to help out.
What else can I do to get this listing updated?

Hopefully the editor will assist you. You can always send a carbon
copy email to Netscape personnel if you feel your requests are going
unheard.

There used to be a check box during the update process, that allowed
you to do this carbon copy. Have you already tried this as well?

Thanks -
SgtCory
