I didn't find anything on Amerecen Industries, but I did find
"AMERICAN INDUSTRIES LTD" incorporated in Nevada in 1919. I also have
some information on Nevada Pacific Company if you'd like that as an
answer.

Tutuzad-ga,
Stock Certificate states "Amerecen Industries",with a "ARE" logo at
the top of the certificate. The words "RECREATIONAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL"
appear under the Amerecen Industries title. Nevada Pacific Company
Inc.,Las Vegas,is the Transfer Agent and Registrar. Certificate issued
April 12, 1973.
Incorporated as Amerecen Industries Inc., Feb. 1, 1916, Nevada.
Maybe I should have purchased the bridge stock instead.

Sorry. I tried everything I have at my disposal and couldn't find a
clue. Maybe another researcher knows a trick I don't or belongs to a
stock research group or forum of some kind.
