Where can I find the latest fastest growing business ideas/ start-ups
which I can reapply successfully to another country ? I'm currently
looking to start my own business but am finding it very hard to come
up with the idea. One of the easiest ways is to reapply a growing and
proven idea from one country to another. How do I go about first
finding those ideas which are growing in other countries and expand
them to another country (e.g. to the UK). Particular interest in web
based businesses (but not exclusively) and concepts which focus on
consumers rather than b2b

I think I might be able to direct you to sources of information for
identifying new business start-ups/trends that are headed (or at
least, seem to be headed) for success.

But I'm not clear if you're looking for information beyond that?
Would a list of targeted links to articles about new, successful
business ventures and the latest trends meet your needs as an answer
to your question?

If not, please clarify for the researchers here what type of
additional information you are seeking.

Thanks.

Thanks for your note - your proposal would meet my needs. Specifically
:

Would a list of targeted links to articles about new, successful
business ventures and the latest trends meet your needs as an answer
to your question?

Couple of other areas of claritication :

1. I'm already familiar witht the in.com/entrepreneur.com fast growing
company lists. I'm looking for new data/insight on fastest growing
companies.
2. The companies should be primarily small but growing rapidly -
preferably (but not exclsuively in the b2c Vs b2b area).

Hope this helps. Let's go for it . . J.

A good example of this would be www.netflix.com - a growing consumer
product which appears to be growing rapidly and isn't currently in
most companies. What is the next round of this early (probably net
based) businesses that are being launched at the moment ?

I have the opposite problem --- Too many ideas and no resources to
begin! I have ideas weekly for American businesses - some web-based,
some not. Most of these ideas would apply internationally as - still,
so far - anything American is desirable many places. All b2c or Vs2b.

So you have no ideas of your own and want to profit from someone elses
proven business models? I think it might be in your own best interest
to identify what you have a passion for doing as work before you make
any decisions about how to invest your money. If you expect to earn
well without enjoying and investing your own personal time into a
web-based business --- you are daydreaming. If you would have taken
an hour to scavenge through the business ?'s section here in google
answers you would have found 1000's of FREE growing business ideas
just from people asking questions how to get started.
Since i'm a nice guy - i'll throw u a bone -

Once you have an active web-site (of any kind) you can build sponsors
and make money constantly for doing almost nothing except exposing a
product with a "buy it now" type link. Check out this old google post
to find out what i'm talking about.
