Hi, I am a H1-B visa holder. I have a Masters here in the US but in a different major other than the field in which my H1-B was approved. I do have the necessary experience/skills needed to perform the duties though. My question is: Would it be a problem with the INS when I file for my Green Card since I am having Masters in a different field? Or can it be argued like the way we did for filing H1-B that I have enough experience and skill set to perform the duties well? |
