Floatplan's blurry scan of the street directory highlighting restaurants of the area can be found at: http://www.floatplan.com/monterrey/images/89.jpg The sub secretary of tourism of the Governement of the State of Nuevo Leon has a site with an English version at: http://www.monterrey-mexico.com/ingles/index2.html An extremely clear map of the downtown area in .pdf format can be found at: http://www.monterrey-mexico.com/ingles/pdf/centromty.pdf but it doesn't seem to include the area you seek. |
