Hi jerry77777777,
The evidence I've found indicates that the song you heard is
"Everybody Come On (Can U Feel It)", by Mr Reds vs DJ Skribble. You
can listen to the song (with some incidental cheering) by clicking the
light-blue symbol under "Videoclips" (and perhaps the "Non-embedded
clip" on the subsequent pop-up) at:
"Mr Redz" [apparently a frequent alternative spelling]

The song is on this CD single:

The original "Everybody Come On" by DJ Skribble featured Busta Rhymes.
(So it seems that you are hearing Busta on the new single too.)

The song has recently been on the charts in the UK and perhaps
elsewhere. A Greek radio station, for example, lists it in a UK
chart:
"UK Top 40 - Chart Produced On: 01 June 2003 Week: 23"

I was originally led to this song by a discussion in German -- and
even if you don't read German, you'll see why:

If I have mistakenly found the wrong song, please let me know and I
would be happy to do additional research.
