why can i not log into this sight when my friends can

Good day and thanks for your question.

The reason why you aren't able to view the site is because it makes
use of Macromedia Flash, which you apparently haven't installed.

Try using a browser that supports flash (like Internet Explorer or
Mozilla). If you don't have flash installed, a dialog box will pop up
asking you whether you want to install it or not. Alternatively, you
can go to http://www.macromedia.com/shockwave/download/download.cgi?P1_Prod_Version=ShockwaveFlash&P5_Language=English
and download it from there. Install the software, and restart your
browser.

If you still can't access the site, then please click on the "Request
Answer Clarification" button and mention the configuration of your
computer you're using, (processor, RAM, hard disk), and also the
operating system & browser you use with their respective versions.

You have to add the URL to various search engines by submitting them.
It takes 4-6 weeks after that
