Hi there,

The easiest way is by using a reverse phone directory.

InfoSpace (use the form labeled "Lookup Addresses")
http://www.infospace.com/_1_2KVWTTE047I64YO__home/wp/reverse.htm

The best way to reverse search all the US phone directories is
downloading the excellent piece of free software known as Argali, from
http://www.argali.com/ - I use it for the reverse search feature every
day.

You can also look up local property databases, most tax assessor
offices have them online. They will only tell you the owner of the
property, which isn't necessarily going to be the same as the
resident.

The best directory of such databases is:

Search Systems
http://searchsystems.net/

Select a state, then counties, then look for the word property
alongside the appropriate county.

And that's it, unless you wish to subscribe to some paid services (let
me know if you want to, and I'll detail them for you).

Best wishes,
robertskelton-ga
