This is a duplicate of the question that already exist. Please find me
an actual usable copy of the TORSA2 survey. The cached versions that
you gave me does not work.

Yesterday I sent an email to the owner of the website
http://www.cplusr.com asking for information on obtaining either an
electronic or printed copy of the survey.  This site was the source
for the cached version of the survey, and it was the only source that
turned up in a search. I have as yet received no reply, but if I do, I
will post it promptly.
