IN THE UNITED STATES.

I have only been able to locate two cases involving hearing loss:

Weber v. United Parcel Service, Inc
in which an employee with substantial hearing loss sued because the
company failed to recognize it as a serious medical condition.

Graver v. Monsanto Co.
a class action suit asking damages for hearing loss by several
employees.

In addition, there is information available on recent actions taken by
OSHA and state occupational/health agencies regarding issues of
hearing loss in the workplace.

If this information is of interest, let me know, and I can post it as
an answer to your question.

Hello Palalafa
I know that there are a number of settled cases in the USA, example
Boeing 4 million, Northern Railroad 6 million. What I need this for is
to be able to go to a corporation with a solution to ensure no future
lawsuits with my product.I talked to a lawyer this weekend, in British
Columbia (we are not positive about the USA yet)you should be able to
access State Superior Court cases by keyword search, ie hearing loss.
It "appears" that State by State there should be summary files online
(date of settlement, $amount, which state, case summary ,corporation
name)of settled cases against large corporations "that is the
information that would have value to me." This information below does
not tell me enough to pursue.
If you know how to access cases files with the above criteria state by
state then there might be a fair amount of future work here for
you.Let me know what your thoughts are about the ability to do so.
regards jim
