I couldn't find a doctor anywhere in Europe practicing this technique,
though I did find one doctor in Vienna who is familiar with it, but
obviously no fan of it.

In a paper entitled "Controversial Aspects of Adverse Reactions to
Food", which can be found here:

www.eaaci.net/site/Adverse%20reactions%20to%20food.pdf

Dr. R Jarish of the Dermatologic and Pediatric Allergy Clinic in
Vienna was one of the paper's authors who wrote:

"It has been claimed that food allergies can be releived by giving
successive intracutaneous injections of the extract dilutions of the
offending food, until the "neutralizing" dose is found... [However] a
carefully controlled trial of subcutaneous provocation and
neutralization clearly demonstrated the lack of efficacy of this
method."

I don't mean to draw any judgements myself about this technique -- I
just wanted to make you aware of the little bit of information that I
found.

Hope this is of some use to you.

Try asking at the University of Innsbruck, they are recognized
Immunotherapy specialists.
