Here is a suggestion re. your above read "  while working for one of

The to-be-answered question could be locked then you could even post  
team-building question/s asking for  useful  comments, further
question locking and negotiations between team members.
Payments between team members could be done through posted personal

I thought  it would be a good idea to allow the involvement off all
commenters through questions like: "If a commenter can help me with
this and this  then helpful commenter/s will be rewarded by me -- in
case i will be the  answerer of this question-- through GA  if... ".
Interested commenter then could leave a comment or post a question to
researcher --but payments would need GA's help.
