trouble1...

Walmart was founded by Sam Walton, and it seems that the primary
mission of the company is to maintain the standards that he set
when he started the company in "Bentonville, Ark., the corporate
home of Wal-Mart Stores, Inc., and the town where Sam Walton
opened Walton's Five and Dime in 1950."

"At the heart of Wal-Mart's growth is the unique culture that
'Mr. Sam' built. His business philosophy was based on the
simple idea of making the customer No. 1. He believed that
by serving the customer's needs first, his business would
also serve its associates, shareholders, communities and
 other stakeholders."

==============================================================

Key to these principles are two philosophies:

"The secret to our success isn't such a secret"
 "The '10-Foot Attitude'"

"Sam Walton had a way with people. He had a charm and a charisma
that made people feel welcome and important."

"Sam's people skills can still be felt today through Wal-Mart's
associates. When Sam visited his stores, he asked the associates
to make a pledge: 'I want you to promise that whenever you come
within 10 feet of a customer, you will look him in the eye, greet
him and ask if you can help him.'"

"This pledge is what we now call our "10-foot attitude." Sam
learned the power of this attitude in college while campaigning
for class president. 'I learned that one of the secrets to
leadership was the simplest thing of all: Speak to people coming
down the sidewalk before they speak to you.... I would always
look ahead and speak to the person coming toward me.'"

"Sam not only won that election, but he also became a leader in
other campus organizations and carried his leadership and
 friendly smile wherever he went."

...and:

"Don't wait for it to go on sale"
 "Low Prices, Every Day"

"'No matter what we pay for it, if we get a great deal, pass it
 along to the customer.'"

"One of Wal-Mart's first store managers recalled Sam Walton saying
these words when the manager suggested raising prices. 'Sam
wouldn't let us hedge on a price at all,' the store manager
 remembers."

==============================================================

Walmart's latest efforts are to make Walmart.com the online
equivalent of their local stores:

"In short, at Walmart.com, we're passionate about combining
the best of two great worlds, technology and world-class
retailing, to give our customers easy access to more things
Wal-Mart: a wide assortment of their favorite products,
Every Day Low Prices, guaranteed satisfaction, friendly
service, convenient hours (24 hours, 7 days a week) and
 a great online shopping experience."

http://www.walmart.com/cservice/aw_coinfo.gsp?NavMode=9

==============================================================

The success of Walmart is attributed to maintaining what they
like to call "The Walmart Culture":

"As Wal-Mart continues to grow into new areas and new mediums,
our success will always be attributed to our culture. Whether
you walk into a Wal-Mart store in your hometown or one across
the country while you're on vacation, you can always be assured
you're getting low prices and that genuine customer service
you've come to expect from us. You'll feel at home in any
department of any store...that's our culture."

You are not doing anything wrong. The unusually long links,
which include 'SessionID', made me suspect that the way
their website and scripting is set up, that the links might
pose a problem for another viewer. To test that theory, I
switched browsers from Mozilla to Internet Explorer, to see
if they would hold up. They did, so I didn't think they would
pose a problem for you.

Since they have proven problematic, let me see if there's a
way around the difficulty. I will try to post the answer
again, with links that will work for you.
