www.ml.com  it  is  written  that  "realize  your  financial  goals 
with  solutions  customized  to  your  needs",  I want  to  know  that
 what  is  the  'exact  meaning'  of  that  mentioned  sentence?

Without asking Merrill Lynch directly, I would infer that sentence to
mean that the company will take some of their standard approaches to
investing and "configure" them to your particular situation and
desires.  For instance, perhaps they will customize your portfolio to
accommodate how much risk you're willing to take to get the most
return.  You would have to talk to a representative to find out to
what extent they are willing to manipulate their standard offerings to
be more suitable to your situation.
