Hi riverdance,

You can't link to clay-doh.com because that website doesn't currently
allow visitors. I'm sure Juggler used it only as an example, not as a
real URL.

Next time you wish to add information to an open question or ask your
Researcher to clarify their answer, make sure you log in to Google
Answers at:

Google Answers Login
https://answers.google.com/answers/main?cmd=login

If the "MY QUESTIONS" tab is not dark blue, click on it to go to that
page. You should see a list of the questions you've already asked.
Click on the question link of the question in question ;).

A Clarify button will be visible. Clicking will allow you to provide
more information to the Researcher, or follow up on an Answer you've
been given, without posting (and being charged separately) for
additional questions. We (Researchers) expect a question and answer
dialog with our customers, and will follow up until your initial
question is answered to your satisfaction.

To go directly to a website or page, type the address, beginning with
the http://www. into -browser- LOCATION bar. In Internet Explorer,
this textbox has the word "Address" on the left hand side.

To find a specific site using Google, type in ONLY the domain name
into the Google Search textbox, i.e. cnn.com or yahoo.com. Press
Search. If the site is in the Google index, you'll be offered a
direct, clickable link, plus all the information that Google knows
about the website. You can alternatively choose the I'm Feeling Lucky
button. If the site is in the Google index, you'll be taken there
directly.

Hope this helps,
