I own a small restaurant on the south side of chicago and recently
decided to advertise in store through a plasma TV. My question is how
to I charge advertisers who are interested in advertising.

I plan on connnecting the TV with a PC and having a CD-Rom or
uploading video and slideshows onto the harddrive. I'm not quite sure
how to charge potential customers who would want to advertise.
Whether it be like a 15 min video of their product every hour or so,
for example. Also, how would I charge them. Thanks.
