Hi. I live in Toronto, ON, Canada, and would like to know where (in
which institution) to invest my money (about $1500) to get the best
interest rate possible.

I don't want something risky. A guaranteed rate would be the best. The
institution doesn't have to be a bank. It could be any company.

Please tell me the name of the institution + the plan that results in
the highest interest rate.  For your information, I can lock my money
in for three years.

Your idea will certainly be valuable, but just in case it turned out
that something has been changed about the plan you have in mind, I
would appreciate it if you could also provide two "second-best"
research-based plans.
