Note;  Please  note  that  in the above  mentioned  definition  of 
investment  banking  it  is  written  that  "investment  banking 
helps  clients  to  achieve  their  most  important  strategic  and 
financial  objectives",  I  want  to  know  that what  is  the  'exact
 meaning'  of  that  mentioned  sentence?

Could you please clarify what you mean by "exact meaning"?  The
sentance looks quite exact to me!  Do you want the terms explained? An
explaination of how investment banking works in reaity? Or the
sentance re-phased?
