What are the similarities and differences in the use of
music(drumming, incantations, chants etc) and rituals for healing purposes
 between the Maori traditions, the Inuit traditions, the Siberian
Shamans and the Yoruba of Africa?

My guess is each was quite different 2 centuries ago, but they are
growing closer because of the sharing of methods and practices.   Neil
