Hello uncle

The entry from Czech equivalent of the
Internet Movie DataBase , gives date, director, actors..
for this series. Here is a translation of a portion of that:

It was a TV series, 11 episodes
    70 min each
   Director : F. Filip, (1985)
....

Comments say series was 'above average' for that period
(time of totality which was 1948-1989),
that it was first attempt at interactive TV and the voting was
the only really interesting part. Voting was done by turning on the
light at that exact moment of decision. It was possible to read the
spike in the electricity consumption. The comment explains (for the
younger set) that this was 'before SMS were available'. It also says
that it was interesting just to look at the windows in the hi-rise
housing development, when many lighted up.

What was the moment of decision?

For example: "Should the cook enter heroin's room in the evening?
Is she indeed falling for him - or is he just kidding himself?"
Of [eripheral interest perhaps is that in the main role
was performed by Dagmar Veskernova, who later become second wife of
president Havel.

Even though it is the first TV experiment with 'remote voting' in
Czechia,
it should be mentioned that 'Laterna Magica' with an important
interactive
element was a hit of Brussels World Trade Fair in 1958. It was an
inovative
Czech performance which modified the plot based on the audience
vote.
Prague to this day has a theater by this name, mostly catering to
  tourists, playing either English and/or non-verbal audio-video
  experimental performances.

Here is short history of Czech experimentation with interactive
plays, which is going back to 1920:

I do not read Czech -- and I think there is at least one Researcher
who does, so such a Researcher might be able to answer the question
better than I could. However, I have found a web page in English that
addresses your question in a reasonable amount of detail. If no one
who understands Czech answers your question, I would be happy to give
the page I found as an answer.
