When I click on links at various websites, the windows that pop up are
empty. Reinstalling internet explorer didn't help, nor did running
the command "regsvr32 urlmon.dll", nor did calling my internet service
provider cox communications, nor did going into "add/remove programs"
and clicking on "explorer repair". This is a recent problem on an
otherwise problem-free system - a Micron PC running Windows 95.
