We need more details. When do you recall was this program shown?
1980's, 70's, 90's? And what were the kind of forces portrayed in the
regiment, Army troops, Marine troops or airplanes? I asked because
there were several World War 2 TV series in the past few decades.
Answer
There is no answer at this time.

One of the earliest was "Combat" with Vic Morrow. If it wasn't all in
black-and-white, it was at my house:

One of the most-recent was "Band of Brothers":

Would a mini-series about a company do? "Band of Brothers," a true
story of Easy Company of the 506th Parachute Infantry Regiment of the
101st Airborne Division.
